Contract for The Provision of a Drafting Service for Education, Health and Care Plans

From September 2014, the legislation that governs SEN assessments and statements changed. Local Authorities must put in place a three year plan to transfer all statements and Learning Disability Assessments (where applicable) to Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
The Authority needs to give significant time to the preparation of new EHC Plans whether transferring from statements or new assessments. It has therefore decided to seek assistance in the drafting of EHC Plans.
