The London Borough of Barnet is seeking to commission the Forensic Assessment Testing service in Family Services. The provider will be awarded a contract for 4 years with a break clause at 24 months and 36 months subject to performance review and budget constraints.

Background
Family Services provide a range of different services across the Borough that would need specific requirements of Forensic Assessment and Testing either for a child/young person and/or an adult(s). For example, but not limited to; be able to assess a parent’s drug and alcohol use when making decisions that affect the lives of children.
