Relaunched Barnet Pound Consultancy

The Barnet Borough Partnership is looking to engage with a consultancy partner to produce a comprehensive picture of health and care investment and spend across all members of the Partnership. This will entail mapping all budgets and associated spend across all member organisations, including funding flows, commissioned contracts and services, pooled budgets, as well as analysing outcomes relative to spend.
In order to carry out this work, all member organisations agree to an open book approach to activity and financial information. When attempting to analyse how spending levels in Barnet compare to other health & care systems with similar characteristics, commissioners will help facilitate this with colleagues in neighbouring boroughs within the North Central London Integrated Care Board.
Given the nature of the review, it is expected that the external support provider will have expertise in NHS and Local Authority Adult Social Care finance.
