Provision of Design Contest West Hendon Playing Fields

London Borough of Barnet wishes to procure an organisation to work with the Council’s project teams in designing a brief and then overseeing a design competition which will result in the appointment of a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver a multi-disciplinary design team capable of providing services to support an outline planning application for West Hendon Playing Fields.
