Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Online Periodicals . The London Borough of Barnet (the Authority) is seeking to appoint providers of high quality online magazines and newspapers for use by customers of Barnet Libraries. These will form part of Barnet Libraries’ digital offer.

The London Borough of Barnet is seeking to appoint a provider/s to deliver the following services:

• Lot 1: Digital magazines
• Lot 2: Current national daily newspapers online
• Lot 3: Online newspaper archive

Providers may bid for one or more of the lots.
