Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS)
The London Borough of Barnet wishes to commission an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS) and is releasing an Invitation to Quote to source the new service. The new contract is intended to commence on 01.04.2021 and will run for 19 months with the option to extend by up to a further 9 months.
The aim of the service is to empower and support Barnet residents to go through the complaints procedures for health services to assist them in finding a resolution to their complaint(s) about the care or treatment they received.
