The London Borough of Barnet (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to appoint a sole service provider to deliver Development Consultancy Services
(Lot A) and a separate sole service provider to deliver Design Consultancy Services (Lot B)
For Development Consultancy Services to appoint a suitably qualified multidisciplinary development practice to act as a single point
commission to progress each site within the development portfolio to a minimum of RIBA Stage 3 design in anticipation of a planning
submission for each site
For Design Consultancy Services to appoint a suitably qualified multidisciplinary design practice to act as a single point commission to
