Market Engagement Event for Café and Conference Room Catering at The London Borough of Barnet’s Head Quarters in Colindale

The London Borough of Barnet (The Authority) are holding a market engagement event in the afternoon of Thursday 17th October 2019 to support the commissioning and procuring of the Council's café and conference room catering service.

CAFÉ FACILITY AND SERVICE
The Authority seeks to appoint a provider to supply, install, maintain and operate a café facility in the ground floor entrance foyer of its flagship office in Colindale. The café will serve hot and cold food and beverages for to up to 2,100 staff and in addition, it will be accessible to the public and passing trade.

CONFERENCE & MEETING ROOM CATERING
The Authority also seeks to appoint a provider to deliver ad-hoc catering services for its conference and meeting room facilities. The provision of cold food and hot and cold beverages will be required to serve two large conference suites and three core meeting rooms. The site also has an additional 41 rooms for which catering will be required on an ad-hoc basis to cater for events and conferences.

Both services are required to be fully operational by the end of February 2020.
