London Borough of Barnet seeks to procure the Provision of an External Support Planning and Brokerage Service and has issued this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to all interested organisations.
The aim of the service is to provide support planning and brokerage for people who are FACS eligible. The service is to provide a support worker who works with the person who is FACS eligible to plan and broker the support to best meet their needs by being as creative, using local facilities, family networks, circles of support.
