Provision of Perception Surveys of Adult Residents and Young Persons

London Borough of Barnet (“the Council") would like to appoint a Service Provider for the Provision of Perception Surveys of Adult Residents and Young Persons.
It is two years since the council last commissioned a young persons survey and it is important that the council monitors what young people think about living in the borough, their perception of the council, the services they receive, and also understand young people’s priorities and concerns. The findings will be used to measure performance and to inform the Childrens and Young Peoples Plan. The contracts will be for an initial period of 2 years, once appointed and depending on cost LBB will decide on the frequency of the surveys, i.e. whether to the conduct a second survey for the adults and Young Persons Survey in the following year or in two years’ time.
