The London Borough of Barnet (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to appoint a sole service provider (the ‘Provider’) to provide Hybrid vehicle car-pooling and Car Rentals. Barnet Council (The council) would like to invite interested parties to take part in a Competition to provide a pool car fleet consisting of Hybrid vehicles for 9 cars and 1 van.
