Invitation to Quote For Special Educational Needs Legal Advice and Support

The London Borough of Barnet seeks to award a single contract to the successful provider for the provision of SEN Legal Advice. The Authority requires the provider to be highly-skilled, experienced and successful in representing local authorities in SEN tribunal work and advising them in case preparation including witness support and writing case statements. Providers must have experience of representing in the Upper Tier Tribunal and of demonstrating, through results, that their advice to defend or challenge a SEN tribunal case was adequate.
