Invitation to Quote - High Level Needs Domestic Cleaning

The service required is a high intensive domestic (blitz) cleaning service which includes a high intensity domestic cleaning service to those individuals who, following a community care assessment, are identified as those individuals who self-neglect, may have mental health issues or other vulnerabilities unable to take maintain a safe and healthy living environment, putting either themselves and/or others at risk.

The service is for service users who require a deep cleaning service to maintain their independence and for those who are hoarding to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. Some of these referrals may be identified via the London Fire Brigade. This is a specialist cleaning service and not appropriate for general domestic cleaning organisations.
