The provision of Accommodation and Support for Adults aged 18 and over (LOT 3 & 5 ONLY)

London Borough of Barnet, developed an approved list for Accommodation and Support Services for Adults aged 18 and over in 2016 and contracts started 1st April 2017. The Council now intends to re-open this approved list for Lot 3 and 5 only and has issued this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to all interested organisations as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as amended (the "Regulations").

Lot 3 - Supported Living (Low / Medium / High)
Lot 5 - Specialist Mental Health Step Down

The Authority intends to re-open the approved list which runs for a period of a 5 year term. Any new contracts are anticipated to start on or around 8th January 2018. The list will be reviewed and opened on a regular basis. Any new entrants will only be added for the duration of the existing Approved List.
