The London Borough of Barnet wishes to commission a care and support service for two existing Extra Care Housing schemes in Barnet. These schemes are primarily for frail older people, and consist of nearly 100 rented units in total.

The Council's vision is to provide exemplary, high quality, extra care accommodation in Barnet, reflecting best practice in the delivery of flexible person-centred care and support. The focus is to enable people to remain in their homes for longer to avoid social isolation and prevent high-cost residential care packages.

The Council held a Provider Information Event on 27 June 2017. All related materials have been made available through Curtis Fitch, including the PowerPoint Presentation and the write-up of the question and answer session. You must be logged in to Curtis Fitch to be able to view these documents.
