L.B Barnet - ITQ for Alcohol Conditional Cautions

Barnet Council (“The Authority”), together with Barnet Safer Communities Partnership is seeking a Service Provider to develop, deliver and administer rehabilitative alcohol awareness courses as part of a conditional caution scheme – targeting the causes of offending behaviour and therefore reducing the risk of further offending. The scheme will target people who are arrested in Barnet who could be prosecuted in court if alternatives are not available.
