Invitation to Quote for the provision of Collecting and analysing the attendance of Children Looked After

The London borough of Barnet seeks to award a single contract to the successful provider for the provision of Collecting and analysing the attendance of Children Looked After. The collection of attendance data for Children Looked After is a legal requirement for Central Government (C24/OC2 returns) which has, historically, been performed by Education Welfare Officers. The virtual school needs up to date attendance information on a daily basis to respond quickly to unauthorised absences to prevent safeguarding issues. The school also requires analysed information to identify trends and issues which need to be addressed to improve the outcomes for children in care.
